A vampire novel in the vein (unintentional pun!) of "Van Helsing", J.A. London's (the pen name for a trio of authors) new book is dark, exciting, and romantic. I'm not a Twilight fan, but I loved this book as will all vampire fans and non-fans!

Gilt is the perfect read for both a rainy afternoon or a day at the beach - it's lush and expensive setting, dishy royal plot, and a main character you'll identify with from the very start make it an irresistible book! Gilt's different perspective of Henry VIII's court will appeal to both romantics and history buffs!

Fukuda's fantastic crossover debut had me engrossed from page one!
