Drop by Mrs. Nelson's during Banned Books Week(Sept. 26th to Oct. 3rd)and show your support for the Freedom to Read!We will have up a display with titles that have been banned. All books on the display will be 20% off regular price. We will also have Banned Book Week official products for sale. Banned Books Week RaffleDuring the week, we will be giving away raffle tickets (one per day) with the drawing to take place at the end of the week. Prizes will include Banned Books Week tshirts, banned books, and an assortment of banned books for younger readers. Join us for a celebration of all things Winnie the Pooh and the 100 Acre Woods! We will be reading Pooh stories, playing Pin-the-Tail on Eeyore and decorating pencil boxes (just like the ones that Christopher Robin and Pooh make together). Plus, we'll have snacktime (and maybe some honey)! The party is for kids from 3 to 6 and the cost is $15 (which includes a copy of Winnie the Pooh & Some Bees). Please RSVP as space is limited to 15.
